Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

1. Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed at Brandy Creek Dayspa.
2. Cannot be used in combination with other promotions.
3. Spa gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
4. Sunday bookings - an additional $30 will become payable at the time of booking in line with Sunday pricing.
5. Periodically, the treatment menu will be altered. If this treatment is discontinued, we will provide you with a credit equal to the price in this voucher to book any other available treatment at the time of booking.
